Innovise Software is a division of Innovise plc, specialising in workforce management and compliance management in the services industry. Innovise makes use of the latest Microsoft technologies to build best of breed solutions for staff scheduling, time and attendance, staff vetting, performance management and audit/ quality compliance.
The Innovise Software solution strategy has three key elements:
- Technology Leadership: We are committed to technology leadership. . In recent years we have invested significant sums to develop our .NET platform across rich client (PC), web and mobile devices. Put simply, .NET is the Microsoft platform of the future, designed to exploit the full advantages of the internet. Our ongoing .NET project will ensure that our clients' investments will be "future proofed" whilst enabling them to exploit the benefits of .NET, namely lower cost (to deploy and maintain) and greater flexibility.
- Flexible Solutions: The Services Sector is a misnomer - the diversity of requirements across the sector is daunting. In many cases the provision of a single service (e.g. cleaning) to a particular customer, may involve a myriad of different requirements across a range of sites or service delivery areas. Our software is designed with this in mind. Our solutions are not one-size-fits-all: our design philosophy is to build flexibility into every solution we provide. We believe this ensures the lowest cost of ownership. Hence, our software is designed with the ability to self configure, rather than relying on us to custom develop. Our systems can be deployed in numerous ways, combining local installations and centrally hosted, to meet a wide array of organisational requirements. Our services can be delivered face-2-face, over the web or in the case of training, through self-paced learning materials. In short, we are committed to offering flexibility to our clients.
- Integrated Solution: We believe in "Integration" over "Aggregation". We are committed to a strategy of integrated IT solutions. The company has developed a comprehensive and fully integrated suite of enterprise applications (TimeGate and Servicetrac) coupled with a standardised approach to project implementation (“Accelerated Implementation Methodology”). Where relevant we have partnered with best-in-class providers to ensure our enterprise platforms delivers excellence across each module.
