Service performance information is then stored in a database for monitoring, review and reporting purposes.
The Innovise paperless auditing capability is both traditional rich-client (Audittrac) as well as the leading edge, fully hosted online solution delivered as a module of Servicetrac.
Compliance management using simple attendance devices
In addition to service auditing solutions, Innovise can interface to less sophisticatd compliance management devices, including simple off-line guard tour/ tour of duty devices as well as real-time patrolling and attendance systems.
