The ESM division is made up of key practice areas aliged to the major vendors (CA, Cisco, HP, IBM and Novell), which provide point solutions to customers within core areas of expertise. The division is also able to combine solutions across practice areas to meet specific customer requirements.
The Software & Solutions division operates in specific vertical markets as well as having generic capabilities in core technologies (e.g. hosting) and horizontal solutions (e.g. IFS and Microsoft Dynamics). Within the facilities manegement vertical Innovise has two main solution areas: workforce management (staff scheduling, employee vetting and time and attendance) and compliance management (performance auditing and quality assurance).
