Servicetrac is a suite of online solutions designed specifically for the service sector. Our solutions harness technology to increase productivity, improve service quality and deliver real time management visibility.  

 
The portfolio includes:
  • Audit - a fully web hosted and highly flexible paperless auditing solution, enabling pre-set audits to be carried out in the field using simple handheld devices, with data seamlessly entered into the database for analysis and reporting

  • Staff - a fully web hosted workforce management solution, including a staff scheduling engine and pay/bill system to automatically generate payroll and invoices from electronic timesheet data

  • Time - a fully hosted Time and Attendance platform for monitoring staff attendance, in real time if required. This can be fully integrated with Servicetrac Staff or standalone to provide online timesheet management.
