Experience shows that a number of our customers have installed solutions that were customised on implementation. Over time, the team who implemented the original solution moves on.
The reputation of the solution then starts to fail over time and whilst you may be entitled to remote e-Learning on the various modules it is not possible to get training from IFS specific to your installed application or for user specific roles.
