TimeGate supports a wide range of T&A devices to capture information both�in real time and off-line, which is fed directly into the TimeGate arbitration engine for verification and thereafter into payroll and invoicing.� Our flexible T&A solutions will ensure the maximum amount of data is collated automatically, increasing data accuracy and dramatically reducing manual processes and pay/invoicing errors.
Our T&A Monitor is capable of integrating all T&A information into a single screen, showing the source of each book-on/off or check call made into TimeGate. We support a range of T&A devices which can be used simultaneously across the enterprise, ensuring that there is always a solution to your specific needs:
- Mobile Terminal - using Mobile Supervisor your staff can log-in with a handheld PDA connected in real time using GPRS or working off-line and synchronising on-line at a later time.
- PC Terminal - using the TimeGate .NET software client, staff can make T&A "calls" using a simple web browser screen. Data is sent over the internet directly to the TimeGate database and incorporated in real time.
- Swipe Card - using a swipe card reader your sites can capture data in real time and send it via a secure link to TimeGate
- TimeLink - using a simple telephone call to TimeLink your staff can automatically log a T&A event and receive messages from your HQ staff
- Tour of Duty - using a PDA or PES Sensor your staff can log T&A events during a Tour of Duty (or Guard Tour) and this information can be synchronised with TimeGate
