How it works:
Patrols and duty checks are set up within the guard patrol software. Each location within a duty area can be identified using unique RFID tags, barcodes or i-buttons.
Staff members are provided with a patrolling device, either a PDA or i-button
PES Sensor. While carrying out duties, staff connect their patrol device with location identifiers to provide absolute verification that a staff member has patrolled a location. In addition, staff with GPRS enabled PDAs can be contacted instantly and effectively with updated check lists and instructions for their daily patrol route.
During the patrol, this user-friendly system enables the staff member to capture images and audio which are then automatically downloaded to the database along with a complete audit trail of duty performance. All data is available for extraction via a comprehensive reporting system.
