Servicetrac Time
Servicetrac Time is an online and fully hosted solution to track and manage time and attendance data within your operation. Time can use any combination of biometric, swipe cards and telephony time and attendance capture options to auto-populate the system. Servicetrac Staff users have the data seamlessly imported into the workforce management system and automatically compared to staff schedules. Alternatively, Time comes with its own online timesheet system to review and extract time and attendance date.

How it works - Servicetrac Time's T&A solution in action
Details of staff are held in either Servicetrac Staff or Time's online T&A management workbench. Each staff member has a unique PIN number, which is used to tie-in with T&A data recorded from a number of in-the-field devices.
The Time hosted T&A platform can collect data from a wide range of devices across multiple locations, in real time or in a batch process. The main T&A data capture options are:
- Swipe card or Biometric fingerscan
- Telephone clock-in
- Online manual time sheets
Data captured by these devices connects using a secure internet connection into the Time T&A engine, having captured the PIN, site/location identifier and time/date information.
Real time monitoring of T&A is easy using Time, giving you timely information to ensure full manning and optimal service delivery. Should a staff member fail to arrive at work within the time limits you set, Time sends a text message to your mobile telephone informing you which staff are absent.
The same solution can also be used to report failed health and safety "check calls", ensureing that lone and vulnerable workers are protected.
Timesheet management and payroll is easy with Time and Servicetrac Staff. Time users will have T&A data automatically presented into online time sheets, ready for authorisation. The authorising staff member has the opportunity to apply any amendments before pay data is "signed off" for payroll. A similar process applies for users that have Servicetrac Staff, with T&A data seamlessly entered into the Servicetrac Staff arbitration and authorisation process.
Once authorised timesheets are created, Time enables seamless payroll processing, by the download or print off of timesheets, directly into your payroll application. We have over 20 interfaces for payroll, ranging from Sage to SAP.
