From the West: travelling via M27/A27 towards Havant keep in far left hand lane signposted A3(M) London. Take the first exit, Junction 5 of the A3(M), towards Bedhampton. At the roundabout take 4th exit towards signposted Havant and A27.  At the small roundabout, take the second exit signposted Portsmouth A27 and Industrial Estate.  At the next small roundabout, go straight over into Harts Farm Way signposted Broadmarsh Coastal Park. The Broadmarsh Business and Innovation Centre is approximately half a mile on the left. Go through the gates to the rear car park and Ausped is located in the Innovation Centre on the left hand side of the car park.

From the North: travelling via A3(M) toward Portsmouth leave at Junction 5 signposted Havant. At roundabout take 2nd exit towards dual carriageway signposted for Havant and A27.
