Servicetrac Time - Telephony Clock-in
Collecting T&A data from distributed locations is difficult using traditional T&A options, such as swipe cards. The Time Telephony Clock-in system is the answer, with staff entering time and attendance information using a simple telephone.
Our Clock-in Telephony unit can automatically take T&A calls without the need for costly manning of an office or telephone line.

Each employee is allocated a unique PIN number that is entered when they call into the Clock-in system. Site locations can be identified using either a Site ID Number (SIN) or by using called ID to provide verification of the T&A call. All calls are logged and can be reported on for future use.
Uniquely we can offer customers a "Caller Line ID Withheld" over-ride, subject to you receiving customer permission to activate this service, in line with current OFCOM rules. This ensures accurate data even where numbers are witheld for normal purposes (e.g. banks and offices).
The Time Clock-in system also provides a voicemail facility to enable messages to be left when staff enter time and attendance data.
