PASS is a market leader in the manned guarding arena and is growing quickly in other fm markets where the management of staff quality integrity is essential.
- Staff scheduling and workforce management- our software is flexible and powerful and can be deployed at a contract by contract basis or enterprise wide. TimeGate is a client-server solution sold primarily at the enterprise level in the manned guarding sector. Servicetrac staff is a web based solution sold at both the contract and enterprise level.
- Time and attendance - our solutions are designed to match operational need with the appropriate technology, whether it be e-timesheets, telephone based T&A, swipe cards or the latest biometric fingerscan units. We have a solution to meet your needs. Our TimeGate client-server system includes a fully integrated state of the art T&A solution. Our web based platform Servicetrac includes a stand alone T&A module (Time) which can also be seamlessly integrated with the full staff scheduling engine (Staff).
- Quality monitoring - our paperless auditing solutions are leaders in the market for monitoring fm performance, in cleaning, security, catering and other fm disciplines. Our software uses handheld PDAs to collect data for reporting and trend analysis. Our solutions can operate on a stand alone basis at a single contract (Audittrac) or enterprise wide and fully web enabled (Servicetrac Audit).
- Tour of duty monitoring - our Patroltrac solution is typically used for guard patrol but can be used for monitoring attendance of cleaners and other staff using either a robust PES sensor or a PDA.
