Real Time Porter Communications
Your staff can connect directly to Portertrac using a range of mobile communication devices, including personal radio, dect phones and pagers. No more back-and-forth of staff, no more frantic calls for updates or paper sheets to track task status. Portertrac can send and recieve real time updates from staff to monitor task status in real time.
Innovise has partnered with Multitone to enable seamless integration with a range of devices used in areas where mobile phone usage is restricted, such as hospitals, prisons and airports. Portertrac is also capable of integrating with devices supplied by Blick and BT Vocera.
This partnership enables jobs allocated within Portertrac to be delivered in real time to Porters, wherever they may be within the hospital. New jobs can be accepted and updates provided as the job is carried out, all in real time. All information is seamlessly passed to the Portertrac system in real time and available to all users, including customers accessing TaskView. This solution has been proven in the field to improve utilisation rates for portering staff by around 25%.
