A critical requirement for Mitie was to move away from disparate, multiple and manual processes and adopt a solution which could seamlessly manage the end to end processes for their Mobile and Response services. Wanting to increase efficiencies by reducing paper work and queries from customers, Mitie worked closely with Innovise to create a flexible and real time solution which supported their whole process – from initially tasking the officer, right through to updating and Invoicing the client, from one centralised platform.
